About My Practice

I offer spiritual direction and soul care in the contemplative tradition, weaving together insights from Christian mysticism, Jungian psychology, dreamwork, and expressive arts. This work is rooted in God’s gifts of creativity, symbology, mythology, and the eternal mystery of the present moment. My journey has been shaped by the wisdom of many traditions, and I believe we all draw from a rich tapestry of sacred experiences. In addition to the above, I am a grateful woman in recovery celebrating 25 years of continuous sobriety. In many ways, this is the most important “training” I’ve had for becoming a spiritual companion. Experiencing the miracle of recovery is the foundation of my belief in a loving higher power at work in the world.
